12.10pm: Liverpool have agreed to let Danny Ings to leave Anfield.
Inge has decided to quit the Reds in search of regular first-team football.
A string of clubs including Tottenham and Southampton have enquired in recent months. 
11.25am: Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has said he will make an announcement regarding his future on July 1.
Fellaini is out of contract at the end of the month and has attracted interest from Arsenal.
11.05am: Liverpool are set to sign Stoke City winger Xherdan Shaqiri, according to the bookies.
Coral spokesman Harry Aitkenhead told Starsport: “Shaqiri’s performances in Russia might just push his price up a notch or two, but he’s certain to leave Stoke and Liverpool look to be the side firmly in pole position for his signature.”
10.25am: Liverpool remain in the hunt for Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen.
According to Catalan publication Mundo Deportivo, Liverpool have been ‘probing’ over signing the 29-year-old Netherlands international.
9.45am: Manchester United have completed the signing of... Phil Neville’s son!
Harvey Neville wrote on Instagram: “I am very proud and excited to have signed for the club I have supported my whole life.”
9.30am: Tottenham look set to miss out on Lazio duo Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
According to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, Immobile is expected to pen fresh terms with the Serie A side while a string of rivals have emerged for Milinkovic-Savic.
9.15am: Manchester United have expressed an interest in signing Mateo Kovacic from Real Madrid.
According to the Daily Mail, Real Madrid accept midfielder Kovacic would like more game time after being limited to 21 starts in all competitions last term.
But Bernabeu bigwigs reportedly value the Croatia international highly and are reluctant to sell.
He is under contract until the summer of 2021 and has a £264m buyout clause.
8.25am: Sampdoria sporting director Carlo Osti has indicated Lucas Torreira to  is a done deal.
Osti said: “Tomorrow we will have our first meeting with [manager Marco] Giampaolo.
“This is when our transfer window starts. An excellent player like Torreira has left us but we will replace him.
“The squad will be competitive as always.“
8am: Liverpool are unlikely to revive their interest in Nabil Fekir, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Liverpool pulled out of a deal for Fekir at the 11th hour amid concerns over his medical.
“Liverpool insist they have moved on from Fekir but sources close to the player still believe a deal could be revived," Liverpool Echo journalist James Pearce said during a Q&A.
"His heart was set on Anfield and Lyon are clearly still keen to cash in.
“Having decided that £53million was too big a risk due to concerns over an old knee injury, I’d be surprised if Liverpool went back in for him.
“I still expect Klopp to sign a Coutinho replacement in this window but as we’ve seen with the left-back and the centre-back situations in recent years, if he can’t get exactly what he wants he’s prepared to wait.”
7.40am: Matteo Darmian remains a target for Juventus, despite the Serie A champions landing a deal for Portuguese right-back Joao Cancelo.
According to Italian publication Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici recently met with the Manchester United outcast’s agent.
7.10am: Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign Serie A defensive duo Kostas Manolas and Daniele Rugani, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Italian publication claims Chelsea are set to hand the 59-year-old up to £176m (€200m) to strengthen the squad he will inherit from Antonio Conte.

6.00am: Manchester United have reportedly been offered Marco Verratti and cash for Paul Pogba.
PSG are one club heavily linked with the former Juventus star and according to The Sun the Ligue 1 winners have made contact.
It includes Italian midfielder Verratti, who was reportedly close to signing a new deal with the Paris outfit.
According to The Sun, PSG have offered Verratti and some cash to United in return for Pogba.
3.00am: Liverpool are reportedly confident of snapping up both Xherdan Shaqiri and Nabil Fekir.
Lyon star Nabil Fekir was close to joining earlier this month and despite having a medical, the move broke down over a disagreement on the fee.
But according to The Gambling Times,  remain confident that they can still bring Fekir to Anfield.
After the Fekir deal collapsed, it was claimed that Liverpool would instead target Stoke talisman Shaqiri who has a £12m relegation release clause.
However The Gambling Times claim that Anfield chiefs are keen to sign Shaqiri as well as Fekir, not as an alternative.

1.30am: Sevilla have become worried by transfer gossip linking Ever Banega to Arsenal.
The 29-year-old has a £17.5m buyout clause in his contract which the Gunners appear ready to trigger.
And it has left the La Liga side in a difficult position as they bid to keep their influential midfielder.
According to Spanish newspaper Marca, Sevilla fear for Banega’s future and want to meet with him.
Their plan is to hold crisis talks with the Argentina international after he returns from the World Cup in Russia.
12.00am: Rangers manager and Liverpool hero Steven Gerrard insists rumours linking his side with Anfield players are all speculation.
“There’s not enough room for all the wingers we’ve been linked with — Ryan Kent, Harry Wilson, [Brandon] Barker and Jordan Jones,” he said.
“I don’t know how I’d fit them all in. I’m a fan of all the names, but it’s speculation.
“Dominic Solanke? Ben Woodburn? Also speculation. But we need more forward options.”
